Impression of intra-oral scans (maxilla and mandible) lead to an extra 30€ pre-tax. If you can't upload your files, they are probably too large, please adjust the export settings of your scanner software, 10MB/STL (200,000 triangles) is sufficient.

Payment must be made to Tongue Lab and done within 8 days after receiving the corresponding invoice. The customer is hereby informed and acknowledges that TRP medical devices are protected by patents owned by the company Tongue Lab Europe Ltd and undertakes as of now not to perform acts of counterfeiting using, posing, acquiring, assigning, manufacturing or have manufactured, in any manner whatsoever, free or expensive, in any country in Europe or abroad, oral devices copying, counterfeiting or imitating the TRP device. Warranties: TRP devices are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of delivery, for poor workmanship or breakage under the condition of dental casts in accordance with the instructions provided by Tongue Lab (verified and certified above) and normal use and maintenance of the TRP . These conditions will be evaluated by the laboratory with the failed TRP and the corresponding casts.
