Payments must be made payable to Tongue Laboratory SAS and settled within eight days of receipt of the corresponding invoice. The customer is informed and acknowledges that the medical devices in the TRP range are protected by patents owned by Tongue Lab Europe Ltd. and hereby undertakes not to engage in any acts of infringement by using, fitting, acquiring, transferring, manufacturing, or having manufactured, in any manner whatsoever, whether free of charge or for consideration, in France or abroad, any oral or dental devices that copy, counterfeit, or imitate the TRP device. Warranty: TRP devices are warranted for 3 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects or breakage, provided that the dental casts comply with the instructions supplied by Tongue Lab (verified and certified above) and that the TRP devices are used and maintained under normal conditions. These conditions will be assessed by the laboratory using the defective TRP device and the corresponding dental casts.
